Supportware for Steam gives you information about your friends, favourite servers and news of the popular game platform Steam from Valve.
Features:
- View your profile information and recent played games. Sending messages to other friends or adding friends isn't possible due to technical limitations by Valve.
- Add servers to view realtime stats of game servers running Valve games. See which players are playing on the server and see what map it is running. (servers can even be added by clicking a steam:// server link in safari!)

Limited, but good potential

I don't expect chat or updating status and so forth, but was hoping to have full Status reports on players. I only see some of my friends, and only the ones that are Online. Also, it only says Online if a player is in a non-Steam game All that said, it is useful!

Anyone wanting chat: it's impossible. Think about it. I could just enter anyone's steam URL and chat with their friends.

Why would I need an app to see the things I can see in a browser and don't care about. Yeah it need chat and of course chat wouldn't work in this app so we need an app that logs you on to YOUR steam.

I like it, the only problem is that there is no refresh button on the friends tab, most of the time I'm waiting for it to crash, so it can refresh itself.

I say make it work. I don't need a GUI to see things in steam no normal user with a life cares about and can just as easily see in my browser. It would be nice to chat and also shop the store and view the sales. Thanks steam I love you guys!

Fix crash Provide more information on how to create a custom url CHAT Being able to go online A "More" or something like that button so you can see more updates on steam Search for games (Top sellers, Featured games, etc.) Thats all of the main ones that I can think of. Please put my list into consideration and fix them or change it. I would appreciate it.

Does not replace desktop version. If you just want to see who is online and why they are playing, this app is great. Glad I got it.

1. Security; the custom URL makes things like chat, and a store very insecure, this NEEDS to be fixed for this app to have potential, just give us a regular steam log-in! 2. Stability fixes; it crashes at complete random 3.store; I'd really like to be able to purchase games and add-ins or at the vey least look at what items there are, and what items are on sale 4. A "my games" filter in the news section; I don't want all these articles in news that I see that I don't care about! add a "my games" filter! 5. ADD CHAT 6. An option to change your profile picture 7. Add an option to set your status
