It’s an amazing app I love it! Even though everytime i want to play i always have to restart from the beginning make sense? It is hard for me to play because I’m really stupid and i always have to put easy level on. But either way it’s an amazing game and i recommend to play it.

so when i actually play the game it crashes, i think in a span of 50 minutes it crashed at least 7 times. It crashes when i receive an “in-game award” such as rp, diamonds etc. it also crashes when i try to play a song and to be honest is really annoying that i have to restart the game. i hope you will solve the problem. also i use an iphone 6 and i use the graphics on low

Soo, I’ve played the game for awhile now and get stuck on certain levels in hard mode such as cypher pt3 suga which are super hard. The difficulty is insane and I can’t beat it. There are other levels with the same problems but it should just be a little easier as it’s just impossible. Thanks for listening.

I really like the game. It’s just that every time I try to log into the game, it keeps kicking me out the first two times and I always end up frustrated AND it takes forever to load which doesn’t help. Also, whenever I try to play a different song, it kicks me out to my phone home screen. It’s getting really annoying. I just hope you guys can fix this. Thanks :)

Though there are many things I like about the most recent update, I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the weekly song policy. From my knowledge, there was no particular card theme you had to have in order to play the weekly song in the past, so it seems to be a new rule, which means I don’t have the bonuses I used to (i.e. I used to have a card bonus of 250,000 using a certain theme but now have only 15,000 because my cards for another theme are not as good). This is insanely frustrating for me because it’s already difficult enough trying to raise my score enough to even stay in the leagues to the point where each song’s score may determine whether I go up, down, or stay. I understand this might be to make things more “fair” but it really just depletes all the hard work that went into getting those other cards to such high levels. After all, you can’t really have all S and R-Prism cards without sacrificing a theme here and there lest you want to spend money. Please consider my opinions for the next big update. Aside from that, it’s a pretty fun game and would recommend to BTS fans. Edit: This game also seems to crash a lot more than it did in the past. I can rarely make it past the loading screen without it crashing and 9/10 times, it’ll crash when the screen turns black or the BTS bomb shows up. It also irks me that it always seems to crash immediately after I’ve spent my headphones (I play in hard mode, meaning I lose 3 headphones each time this happens) or collected a reward, which means I don’t get to play and I miss my reward (it was an anniversary reward too)! The game’s also gotten glitchy, especially when the song is starting up, thus forcing you to miss the notes. I feel like more of my time is spent worrying if the game is going to crash every time it glitches and waiting for the screen to load than actually playing. Edit: I’ve come back after a few months of not playing hoping to see some changes. This game used to be amongst my favorites, but now it’s barely playable. The game takes forever to load (sometimes 5-10 minutes), and when it does, it usually crashes shortly afterward. Additionally, though the game doesn’t crash as much after spending headphones, it now glitches, making it just as difficult to play as before. For example, right after I start up a song, the screen freezes for a few seconds, giving me absolutely no chance to tap the blue and yellow buttons and thus making me miss all the beats. And this isn’t just the beginning. In the event that me missing the first few beats doesn’t make me automatically fail, the same glitches remain the entire time; it’s a gamble whether the beat’s a pass or a miss. I love BTS, but it’s pointless trying to play a game that won’t work.
