I hate to give it one star but the game doesn't live up to the hype at all. The music is good and I love the art and the funny comments, but that's just about it. There is a total lack of gameplay. I was intrigued at first but the game wears out fast.. I had to take a breaks and eventually had to forced myself to finish playing it. There was great potential for this game, but I can't stress enough how boring this game is. There are better games to play with this kind of price, you're paying for ART if you buy this game and that's all.

I have heard many who have expressed frustration in the seemingly over simplified graphics. Some claim they can paint just as well in Microsoft paint. These people don't have the will and capacity to understand the beauty of minimalism. To construct such unique characters in such a fully engaged atmosphere, with just few dots of pixels, is truly masterful if not the most difficult task to do. The game strikes a balance in aspects that regurgitated corporate games fail to deliver. This is art, it will make you feel uncomfortable, and that's where you find new and memorable experience.

I've been eyeing this game, and after it was on sale I decided to get it. I am a huge fan of pixel-y games (for lack of a better word) and this game has amazing pixel-y graphics :) Real fun, me gusta :)

With all the hype surrounding this game, i decided to get it. Kinda disappointing. As other reviewers have sad, the gameplay is pretty darn boring. I love retro-type games, but this is just tiring. The music is amazing though. The game itself can be pretty difficult also. Gameplay: 7/10 Graphics: 8/10 Music: 9.5/10 If you want a good game with an old feel, id suggest getting Organ Trail. This game just isnt my style. Overall the boring-ness kills the game. Overall score: 6/10
Great but....

When you switch applications on your phone for a second and come back to the game, it resets the area????? So when I answer a text and then come back to the game I have to start the area over again?! What's up with THAT!!!??? Even the crappiest games on iOS don't do that. Fix this and you'll get 5 stars.
The Best Game for IPhone.

This game was the most beautiful thing I have ever played on any mobile device. One of the more beautiful things I have ever played or seen anywhere, period. This game is a must-have for anyone who appreciates great music, art, gameplay, and story. I cried when I finished the game. No improvements can be made on this game.
