It should default to upload to a cloud service, not FTP. Finally after poking around for 20 minutes figured out how to email a file to myself, but it's in .aif format. Not well thought out, and terrible UI. Uninstalled.

Pop up advertisement is ridiculous after trying to save a recording it won't save. Tried 10x. Sticking with the cassette recorder looking app.

Unreliable, won't save files consistently, and won't let you play a recording continuously if the phone auto-locks. Pop-up ads are also annoying and interfere with saving the recordings.
