YOU CAN'T USE SOUND EFFECTS WHILE ON A CALL?

This app is cool, but if you want to use it while on a phonecall THE OTHER PERSON WON'T HEAR THE SOUND EFFECT only you will hear it. I don't know if the technology would allow a third party app to insert a sound file into an active phone call, but it would be epic! I even tried it on speaker but the other person still couldn’t hear it.
