Just a friendly word from the developer regarding "Unlimited Health". Unlimited Health is a purchasable upgrade which is intended for children and the like to be able to play the game for an extended period of time without worrying about being hurt.
Unlimited Health was designed as a sort of character invincibility in which the user cannot collect coins, but can instead enjoy the game without the fear of facing a nagging Game Over screen :)

I know reviews spew hyperbole out a lot about the quality of games best/worst, but this game had earned its one star. The controls are jump. That's it. And it randomly throws you where it feels like. Once you jump you are at the mercy of where the game decides to drop you. In fact, it will start you in the middle of nowhere sometimes so you die before you can move. It even has the gaul to ask if you want to buy additional coins. Avoid avoid avoid.
