I love playing this game but I PAID .99¢ for the limited time offer of 2000 gems and 1.99$ for 100 something gems . I spent 600 gems on a character and left the game to text and when I returned to the game and it loaded up it said I had only 1 gem left I had lost 25 or more of the leveling up things i paid money for stuff I can’t even use ! Not cool ! I have sent multiple emails and contacted the listed customer support in the game no one has reached out to me and I’ve been sending emails for 3 days now I WOULD LIKE MY GEMS OR MY MONEY BACK!!!
