Very disappointed in all updates that now render the game inoperative on my iPad. Also their should be a better way to invite people to play and some of the goals are very hard to achieve. Please please fix these issues soon!

Awesome game!!! Just too bad u have to spend real life money to expand the land. It gets a little ridiculous on how much it costs to expand

Love this game.

Bad business practices
The Creaky Pew

PLEASE READ. Be Careful! This game has a bunch of hidden cost requirements. They strong arm you into spending real money. I am so disappointed with the customer service. The email responses I've received have been rude and callous. The company really does not care if the players are satisfied or not.

Fun?

Could be a fun game but too many restrictions. You're able to move up but need neighbors to buy land. Without land you can't buy buildings, etc. like a vicious cycle. Not sure how much longer ill be playing if it doesn't improve. I updated and thought the game would be easier but no! Don't know why I bother. Very frustrating. Thought I'd be able to buy some land so I can buy some building but now I need Permits! Stupid!

PFFT!!

You can't advance past 5th level without purchasing ($$$) materials to advance. Could be a fun game to play with friends but.....alas. I do NOT spend real $$ on VIRTUAL games!,

Asks to post to Twitter and Facebook all the time. I have never been on Twitter and have to cancel it asking me to create an account. Says you can earn upgrades by asking friends, paying, or sending ships. Won't let you invite friends outside of Facebook, and I sent 40+ ships and got one of8 items needed. Would be a fun game if they made it easier to advance.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

************* DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! ************* Sunshine Bay is nothing more than a grossly overpriced freemium. The game is deliberately crippled by greedy developers who extort excessively overpriced premiums for basic game functions. Everything has a hidden premium cost, and paying real money in order to play is absolutely mandatory. And negative reviews are constantly removed in order to give the game a false high rating. Basic gameplay consists of placing buildings, buying boats and sending them on voyages, and collecting revenue from buildings and voyages. Most buildings take several hours to build, then reveal the hidden premium cost of several impossible to locate items that are available for an additional premium purchase. If you opt to try to locate the items yourself, it will take months of active playing. Then there's the game killing flaw of a very limited play area available, which is impossible to expand without Facebook neighbors and excessively overpriced premium spending. However, the cost escalates with each expansion - requiring more and more Facebook neighbors and premium currency. IAPs for premium game currency are excessively overpriced, and in-game premium pricing is also outrageously expensive - especially since every function of the game has a required premium price tag. (This is typical of all Game Insight, LLC games.) Finally, the game has a built in setback - it constantly deletes experience points from your score, sometimes removing the points from several voyages and even dropping you back to a lower level - which also removes the level up bonus. Bottom line, Sunshine Bay is intentionally crippled in order to force IAPs and premium spending. Game Insight is well aware of the problems with their game, they just don't care enough to actually fix it. But they will release monthly "updates" in order to wipe out negative reviews.
