In addition to using the current location. Sunrise Sunset HD has a self-contained list of locations from around the world for displaying times for other locations.
When using locations from the database, Sunrise Sunset HD can operate without a WiFi, cellular or GPS signal.

Good concept, good design. I especially like the fact that you can easily see future/past sunrise/sunset in many different places. One function I want to be added is that if this app can be used as landscape.

This is a great app for cloudy or rainy days. However why is this app in iPhone propportions? HD? It's not in landscape format. Please fix this error. No paid option to remove ads? It needs a paid option to remove ads.

I'm a photographer and the best light is usually the first hour after sunup and the last hour before sundown. I have been using this app for a while now to identify those windows of light at future dates and different locations. It hasn't misled me yet!

If you need to know what time of day when the sun rises and sets and when twilight begins and ends this is the perfect app for you.I don't write a lot of reviews but I had to for this app it is great the app developer did a wonderful job creating this app and deserves to be recognized for all there hard work check it out for your self I feel sure you will agree
