Items keep disappearing and the customer service is awful

I downloaded this game for my daughter and she loved it at first. After days of saving, she finally purchased the expansion but about 5 minutes later it and the money were gone! Needless to say she was very frustrated. So I quickly worked on the game while she was at school and got the expansion again plus I used the bucks to have it appear immediately. Unfortunately this time all of the cages and pets disappeared! She was so upset! I wrote an email to them about 4-5 days ago asking them to restore everything she'd lost and still haven't received a response, nor is the game fixed yet. I'm definitely considering deleting this one and trying a different pet shop game. Very disappointed!

It's a fun game and I like playing it but sometimes it freezes up and I can not play. Great for kids who like animals.
