The app doesn’t let me sign in. It’s a joke. Fix it if you want people to use it.

Hello, the app will not load or allow me to log in. I keep trying to launch it from the sun federal app itself and I keep getting a error message about not having a connection from the bank server. I don’t understand the purpose of this app if I can’t check into it.
