Fun game, but needs fixing

I really love these find and seek games, and the first 2 levels worked great. I am on the 3rd one, and it's not working the way it should. I can find all but 1 item, and the "hint" watch a movie prompt is not showing one. I can search all over the board and after 5 mistakes, I don't have to watch an ad.
