I wish I could use my phone when I'm connected to the camera. I also wish that I could hear the baby when I am not in the app.

Purchased this camera thinking it would be a good alternative to a bulky camera system, but the camera and app did not work as expected. The camera had a high pitched feedback that we couldn't get rid of. It was also impossible to adjust the camera without having to rig it in place with extra objects. Would not purchase again.

We were excited to purchase an affordable camera that would connect to our devices. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SUMMER LIV CAMERA. During my son's 45 min nap, the ap would close or lose communication with the camera anywhere from 2-8 times. What's the point in buying a camera then?? I'm very disappointed and wish I could return it. Not sure why they have a 2.0 either when you can't connect to that one either.

I can be right next to it and it'll cycle on and off as if I'm losing service. The delay is so bad that I hear my daughter cry then 1-2 minutes later I hear it on the monitor. It also cycles between regular and night vision constantly so at night I can only see her part of the time because it goes pitch black and same throughout the day as well during her naps. They recommend that you change the password for safety yet when you do the monitor won't work AT ALL and then you have to completely reset it again. Not to mention you can't use your phone while "monitoring" your baby because it uses your wifi so once you click on anything else it disconnects you. I thought maybe this was just a bad app and the 2.0 would be better however that one doesn't work at all. I'm deeply disappointed with this company and really hope they resolve these issues.

This doesn’t work with a Summer WiFi monitor purchased two years ago and the app that used to work with it (SummerWiFi) doesn’t appear to be in the App Store anymore. Beware that Summer doesn’t update their buggy software and leaves you hanging with no recourse if you decide to purchase one of their WiFi enabled monitors. Next kid we are just getting a Nest Cam. Better quality and they support their products!

Camera and the viewing device work great but the app is crap and won't connect to my iPhone for a second viewing device. It's been that way since we've bought it 4/14/2017. Old and now new apps simply don't work or load or even let you link to the wifi for the camera.

I go to try to fix our wifi enabled monitor and connect it to the app. I had previously deleted the (old) app from my phone because it wasn't working, thinking I would need to re-download it. Now the (old) app is nowhere to be found and this newer app doesn't service my monitor. Thanks, Summer. NOT.

To basically say what the last person said it’s a delay, can’t use phone while on it, the color on screen turns a certain color almost black/white to where I can’t see my child, cuts off all of a sudden lastly you can’t go very far out of range with it either:(
