Don't bother with this app. It kicks you out and won't log your glucose results. When you attempt to log back in it tells you "invalid log in attempt" and won't let you in. I used it with no problems for 103 days before it started acting up. In those 103 days I was able to log in over 4,000 blood glucose values. I check it 4-5 times a day.

I wanted to like this app, I really do! But, the Apple Watch app is frustrating. When you tap on the options (last 10 days, add glucose number, etc), sometimes they work, most of the time they don't. At this point, I would say, this has tons of potential, but not yet ready for prime time.

Please do not waste your time with this app because they say that when you reach 2000 glucoin, that they will e-mail a digital code for an Amazon gift card valued at $5000 dollars. First of all, it took me 6 months to reach 2000. And second, they took my glucoins and did not even send me the code. I am deleting this app now!

I've only used the app for 2 weeks but I really like it. It's easy to use and I love that it keeps an average of my levels.

The first thing that attracted me to this app was the look and ease of it. I really like that I just have to choose before or after meals and before or after bed and then enter my number. The graph is a great visual for me as well as my doctor. She is able to see what my lowest blood sugar level is and what my highest has been since our last appointment. My personal favorite is the A1c predictor. It lets me know that I am headed in the right direction. There was one review that said something along the lines of this app promising $5,000 Amazon gift card if a certain level is reached. I have not seen any kind of advertisement or claims to that. This app does have incentive built in as an added bonus for doing what we are suppose to be doing anyways. Don't get this app if you are looking just to get something for free. You do earn Glucoin, but it takes time and isn't the main purpose of this application. This is a very easy, simple and straight forward app. I looked at several before finally choosing this one. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I don't need a lot of bells and whistles which can make the other apps overwhelming. Try it for yourself. It's an awesome app.

Best app I've found for keeping my sugar levels and it gives you an approximate level for A1c. Gain "glucoins" for keeping track of sugar on a regular bases. Only thing I wish it could do is print from my phone the logbook of data to have a paper copy for the doctor. Keep up the good work, I will probably be a user for a very, very long time.

App demands that I meter twice a day. My doc wants me doing it only once. No way to change this. They do suggest using the feedback form to request a change, which is inelegant and stupid, but I can't even do that. The feedback firm is broken and constantly fails to send the message, saying "try again later." (No, it's not a network issue.) Two stars only because it does do one thing as advertised ... it logs.

So far I am being better tracking my levels by using this app. It averages out the numbers to let you know around about what A1C should be and you can write notes. Gain points to shop in the store in the app. However it takes 2,000 points . I have only 85 pts , so it will take forever to reach that goal . But my main goal is keeping and lowering my A1C I am adding to this review again after some time of using this app. It is wonderful and customer service is outstanding and help you understand more about the app. They answer question promptly. If I could give more than 5 star I would . Please consider a way to print out a copy of log or a way to send to my dr via email etc etc

I loved this app. The gift card was a nice incentive to record my sugars. Now I can't exchange the glucoins for the gift card. There is no way to get ahold of anyone. I'm done.
