Have been playing this game for years...Enjoyed it....now it won’t open....every time I try it gets to the play I press it and it goes black than takes me to my apps screen. I sat here for a half an hour and went around in circles..

Love the game but app loads and then kicks out. How about a reload without losing my progress?

The game is actually fun, when you can actually play. If you can get it to load, you may be able to play A level before it crashes. I have tried hard resets and other things listed by the developers and users, doesn’t correct the problem. Every now and then, I can get it to play if I am disconnected from WiFi, but then you can’t use any of the extra items. It use to happen every now and then, but the last year, it is horrible. Happens every time I try to play, I have finally given up.

I absolutely love this game and can’t play it because it won’t load or will crash after I play a level or two. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times and also followed the troubleshooting suggestions on the app support website, but nothing has helped - the app just stopped working one day for no good reason and nothing has fixed the issue.

I simply love Sugar Smash the book of life. I reached out to you a couple of weeks ago about purchasing coins. You e-mailed me with a code and I have no idea what to do with it. I double click in the store but it always says transaction failed. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the problem but my e-mail address in the store has a capital L instead of lower case. Please help!
