I like the game but I’ve completed all levels and it’s taking too long for additional levels to be added. This has happened several times with this game!

Ever since Jam City took game over its been nothing but pure rubbish! I was stuck on level 3370 for well over a month, tech support DOES NOT respond to emails. I’ve lost so many rewards having to install/uninstall in hopes of being able to go further in game.
Awesome Game But...

This is a great game, challenging and fun. But after the last update it crashes constantly and it knocked me from level 300 something back to level 1. And it’s still crashing. When I opt to watch videos to save my Sombrero Streak, it won’t always work and I lose all I’ve gained. Very frustrating.

I really enjoy this game, but I always wonder why when I get to level 6 and I am supposed to get the 4different boosters, I only get 3. I never receive the heart/spade whatever it is. You advertise we are to get it, but we do not. It would be nice if us, as customers, could contact you easier.

Sugar Smash is my go to game. I love the forgotten levels. However, I playing Epic Fiesta and paid for coins and got to level 5. The game froze and when I went back in it started me back at level one. Bummed!

Been patiently waiting for 5 days now on new levels. I’ve reached 3390, and still no new levels for me to play.. what’s the hold up?

I have been enjoying this game for awhile. On the last update, I’m on level 2178... and the game keeps shutting down on me. I have never had this happen before. This has been happening for a week. Please advise, because I love to play the game.
