Nice game but bad practice

I enjoyed using the game for close to a year, didn’t mind the advertising as I know that’s how the game is paid for. I generally have my phone muted so as not to disturb others. Today they began showing adds that bypass the mute setting on my phone and blast loud talking through my phone. If they’re allowing advertising that hacks the sound on my phone how do I know what other hacking this is subjecting my phone to. I sadly can’t trust this game anymore.
Eliminate the ads

Obnoxious ads and crappy hints

I don’t to repeat the gripes about the numerous annoying ads, but the hints really irk me. You get one hint, then you have to suffer an ad for your next hint. Sometimes they’re great and show you what you’re missing and how to determine the next number. Other times, it seemingly pulls a number out of nowhere. This is not only annoying, but makes the puzzle lose credibility. The worst type of hint is one that solves a puzzle for you. And that’s exactly what it does when it will fill in EVERY box with notes containing EVERY logical possibility. There is no way to fill in every box with every logical possibility without solving the puzzle as you go. It is also obnoxious and annoying, and you can’t remove this. It breaks the game. These ruin this otherwise great app

I enjoy playing but I’ve had to uninstall 3 times because it freezes and I can’t get past the frozen screen. Also unable to report the problem as offered when holding down the icon, don’t know if that’s a phone issue or app issue.
