The problem collections are categorized by difficulty (easy, medium, and hard) on the purchasing pages. When you add a new problem collection, it is simple to choose your favorite difficulty level of Sudoku puzzles. Nikoli are the founders of this style of sudoku and other great logic puzzles. I am glad they have iPod/iPad apps now since each puzzle is hand made vs. computer generated puzzles and they have much better flow to them. Worth the $ for the add on packs.

It is almost a crime that this collection of the best sudoku puzzles available anywhere is presented in an app written by someone who doesn't have a clue about the interplay between the puzzle author and the puzzle solver. The appreciation and enjoyment of these fine puzzles is completely ruined by the omnipresence of the obnoxious timer, ticking away, harshing the mellow of the sudoku aficionado, and punishing him for taking the time to savor the beauty of the puzzle designs. This outrage is akin to putting a tiny Waldo in a 400 year old bonsai and giving the visitor 60 seconds to find Waldo before the viewing window slams shut. For the sake of all that is decent, give the player the option of turning that hideous timer off.
