It’s good! But when I get the head start, then hit something, the police officer is right behind you. So can you fix this please, But it’s still an AWESOME GAME!!!!!

So I had downloaded this game two years ago and added my Facebook and account info. I had almost all the charecters collected and more than a million coins when suddenly I accidentally deleted the app!! Note: I DELETED THE APP NOT THE COMPANY. I quickly reinstalled it, signed back in but all my charecters were gone and so were my coins!! What's the point of signing in if everything's gone!?! I'm super mad, super stressed, and I. Want. Answers.

Subway surfers is like the best offline game for your phone because of the graphics and the way the game is made. It has only glitched 1 time but that was like 5 years ago so it’s a pretty good game to play

I have been playing this game for several years and I truly enjoy this game. However, there was a need to replace my iPad. In so doing all of my purchases or items earned did not transfer over. The purchase for $4.99 and a very few characters transferred. I had all but about 3 characters and practically all the boards. I'm in the process now of having to purchase ALL that I lost. I also I had all of those items that had to be earned to get the character. NONE of the boost transferred. It has been almost like starting over.
