I love it so much but sometimes the game just freezes I had A score of 85,000 and the game froze and I lost that score please fix this

Where is my ribbons for the last past games I got the highest score in and I get nothing to show for it? This needs to be fixed, what’s the point of getting the highest score and you get to restart all over I need my diamond ribbons.
