I used to love StumbleUpon, but now it rarely works. Pages don’t load. It constantly says “you’ve reached the end of this topic” after two or three slides through a topic. It’s so frustrating. Only the top half of pages will load, or it will load and then ads take over and I have to exit the app completely. Please find a way to fix these bugs. This used to be one of my favorites.

(Old review). Not just another web page on the iPad -- designed for touch screen, works well and of course a good concept all 'round. (New review): Changed from 5 stars to 1 because that’s how many pages I have to swipe to get one that loads. Thought it was my old iPad, new iPad is the same. Every third page is the same web page. Header that you have to push up on every page is really annoying - and I can’t tell you what it’s for, if it’s advertising it’s not working. . I love the concept but I’m pretty close to deleting this app. Too bad.

I really like this app when everything works, but it seems that most of the pages won’t load, or they half-load and freeze, and sometimes the progress bar moves really slow and when it gets to the end, the page still won’t display. If the app loaded pages I would love it.

Loved it until...

I stumbled onto lots of great stuff via this app, but a few days ago it started putting porn videos in my feed! I mean, seriously hard-core stuff. I decided I’d wait to see if it was a one off thing, but a couple days later another porn video popped up. It’s gross enough to see when I’m home, but imagine what that would be like if I were sitting next to someone in a doctor’s office waiting room or something. Yuck! Please fix this app!

I used to love this app and the website... Then all of a sudden-NOTHING LOADS! Thought it was due to missing an update. Nope. Update made things worse. Not even gonna download it on my new phone. Total waste. Get your sh!t and put it all in a bag so it's together. IDC what you do with it after that but get your sh!t together. GET YOUR SH!T TOGETHER

Sadly, this app is garbage. I haven’t been able to load a single page, image, or article. Not a thing. Safari won’t allow me to open the website on my iPhone browser. I won’t be visiting it much anymore

Update the app for iPhone X

The app needs a serious update for iPhone X. I still love using the site on my Mac but it’s a horrible experience on the iPhone X. Half the pages don’t fully load and often the app just crashes.

I have been using stumbleupon for almost ten years, I wish the app were as good as the desktop version. The pages do not load, quite often. Please fix this and I'll give five stars.

Update: I knocked back a few stars because a few things have become quite annoying. 1) opening a link will take us into a new page but other links won't open in that new page...like a "page 2" link (Does that make sense?) which brings up the next annoyance...we used to be able to open the link into safari directly from the page. Now, we don't get that option. In fact, the only option we have is to copy the stumble link to that site & I feel like it shouldn't work that way. We should be able to copy the direct link to the site we're interested in. Not open the link onto a StumbleUpon webpage. The absolute best way to explore the net.
