Simple, effective study timer

FriedKimchi

It's like a Pomodoro clock for exams. Helps me with my pacing on the GRE. Nice, quick tap-and-go interface

Perfect for Timing During ACT and SAT Prep

Trackgirl2001

The app is really easy to use and has been super helpful to keep track of timing on my ACT and SAT practice tests. When I choose a test section on the app, the timer automatically is set to the correct time limit. That means I don't have to worry about giving myself too much or too little time. Instead, I can focus more on studying and the questions themselves. Thanks Magoosh!

Good for ACT study

Samcalcal

It really helps me focus

Unique idea but not helpful

giahihihi

This product has a good idea. But i would rather use the timer in my phone.

Good for GRE or normal studying

DJMedodo

I really like this app for my GRE studying and studying in general. The only thing that I would change is something to let you know that the timer is up. It could have had a sound but with my phone on silent, I did not hear anything. However, when the timer had finished the app included messages to walk around or similar tips to better study habits.

Not updated for new GMAT test

00sena

The GMAT test timing changed in May 2018 and this app has not been updated yet.

GRE writing section timer is wrong

App-optosis

The GRE allows 30 min per essay prompt (analytical and argument). This timer is set for 60 min and says “prompt 1”. Please fix this as it is not correct.

Session tracker!

notbouna

This app works well, but I think it could be improved if there was an option to track and add study sessions so that the user can get an idea of how much study time they put in towards a test. Especially for exams such as the MCAT, which suggests around 500 hours of study. Thanks!
