Won’t open the app

This app used to work fine, just a little slow, but now it won’t let me go in the app at all. It just takes me out a couple seconds after I tap on it. None of my other apps do this. Am I the only one? It doesn’t do this to me on my computer.

IDK why so many people complain about this app. To me, this app is amazing and helpful to me. I'm a student, and I know how to navigate around very good. Great job in this app:)?

This app works perfectly for me and it way easier than me having to go online and search the website. I find everything on it that I need easily. It does kick me out when I say keep me logged in but that’s only after I haven’t used it in a long time. Overall it’s a great app??♀️
