My account this morning was hacked and they successfully transferred out 3k of my Bitcoin to a wallet I have no idea belongs to who. I contacted Strike support this morning via email as email is the only option. I got a reply someone would respond and absolutely no one has contacted me from Strike. I am incredibly sad/disheartened and I need my money back. Avoid this app at all costs. Edit: So a member of the team reached out and what was their response? That my money is stolen and there’s nothing we can do about it. Thank you very much for this scam of an app.

Jaidan and Nayara in customer support were very rude not helpful and eventually just stopped responding at all. I gave them every chance to help and they were incompetent. Jack maller made strike sound inclusive and safe and welcoming . I experienced none of that. I was told since I have no physical address(I’m homeless) I can’t use strike and my account was closed abruptly. I have 2 IDs a passport and a PO Box address that worked for 3 other crypto accounts with zero problems. I would not use this app if I was you. I have told all my friends, family members, and co workers the same thing even though they were excited to try it. The account took all my personal info including bank account and SSN and then shut down and stopped responding. Very scary and shady.

Customer service won’t even respond to email when you need the, but quick to close somebody account. I been sending y’all emails about my account since November and u steadily sending emails saying y’all looking at it, made me take picture of my face beside my license & note But WONT RESPOND smh

I’VE BEEN USING STRIKE WITHOUT ISSUES UNTIL WEDNESDAY WHERE I WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND I COUDNT EXECUTE ANY ACTIONS AT ALL, POP UP MESSAGE SAID TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND MY ACCOUNT NEEDS. VERIFICATION???? I HAVE SENT 5 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE, SO I HOPE SOMEBODY HELPS ME FIX THIS UNUSUAL PROBLEM.
