Hi I’m having issues with getting Stride to automatically track as it advertises it will, instead I’m having to manually input each drive which defeats the effortless tracking for which I downloaded this app. My app is completely updated and just keeps telling me to turn on location services but when I go to location services Stride is NOT an option to toggle. Very frustrating :(

The app is easy to use and accurate. I do wish it had the option as one of the jobs to be “volunteer”. I track my mileage for all my volunteer work but the rate per mile is much different for that.
I can’t see 2019 statements

Has a lot of errors loading up your saved input... don’t run it for too long otherwise you the app will lose track of miles and reset you to some point. A lot of the time, starting you off at 0. I drove 8 hours and had it on for that long to only have 3 miles recorded ? sure... I was walking and drove a straight line from starting to where I stopped. Needs improvement. Cant even pull up savings as the app has an “unable to retrieve deductions” error which is super annoying. Decided to use a spreadsheet and my car’s mileage instead.
Fix please!!!

WTH I drove for over 3 hours and it only tracked 11 miles?! It should of been 70-80 miles. Smh.
