Helping me stay positive after my ex-wife took my house, my money, while messing around with a bunch of guys. So yeah......

I purchased this app and was really enjoying the quotes and feeling all inspired and lifted up. And then popped up a quote by Toni Morrison that had a profanity word in it. Totally killed my moment. But I continued to read the other quotes and tried to forget about that one. I really wish the company would remove that one and any other that may have profane words in them. This is totally not in sync with all the other quotes. But overall, I do like this app, with that one exception.

I'm always in a hurry, but I like the fact I could just hit this app and get a quick little message that helps me destress, then I can share it on Facebook for everybody else.

I'm huge on quotes and wrote one in every card I send via snail mail. Needless to say.....love the app! Great quotes and the app works great.

I don't find these quotes helpful. Some are all right but many are stress-shaming. For instance, 'stress is a sign of weakness' or 'stress is misinterpreting circumstance; it is ignorant' and 'each stressful episode ages you and cannot be undone.' Sometimes bad things happen, and sometimes stress is legitimately activated. Sometimes, after a long and difficult period, we click to download a free app to help comfort and inspire us. But this app basically told me I was an idiot for getting stressed, it was unfounded to become stressed, and I will forever be older for having been stressed. Thanks, app. I hope you app and quote makers enjoy your world where stress is unnecessary, nonexistent, and certainly not a vital aspect of human survival as it is on my planet.
