Some words are too frickin' rare to be reasonable hangman hidden choices. In a private game among friends, you'd be called a jerk for choosing them and your opponent would likely quit.

I can tell when there is a change in either who creates the words list or that, at the very least, there is a change. Months ago this was a great way to wake up my mind in the morning. Then word usage changed to such specific choices of a particular bush found only in southern Australia or the particle found in the skin....etc. Currently the app creator claims to have “cleaned up” the word choices. Well, yes....word choice has changed. “Outridden” is technically a word but it seems they want to trick users instead of providing solid word choice. People with good vocabularies are put off when they get zero scores by not knowing words that are not used in normal, verbal discourse as relates to English speaking users.

....After enjoying Hangman for a long time, I encountered a very derogatory racial slur. Why?? There’s no shortage of words. Why condone by using such repressive language?!

I like the game but some of the supposedly hidden words don’t make sense, they invent words by adding endings compounds like “able” “ment” to common words making it an unrecognizable word as the definition is the basic word

I love the endless hangman game and play it daily but can’t find it in the App Store any more to download to other devices. I don’t care for this game. You always end up losing. Who needs that? The hard option works great for me on the Endless version. Please bring it back.

Even though I've never heard of some words, I enjoy the challenge of trying to figure them out and learn their definitions. It's a great brain exercise!

You can't helps but learn new words. Improve vocabulary & increase your brain power. This isn't your run of the mill, easy to cheat, elementary level hangman game. It does give you more guesses than most. With a little thought, common sense & a little luck, you'll soon see it's not as hard as it first seems. No different than most any game. It's great!
