A thorough app that is simple, yet still offers a complete approach to tracking my workouts. As a personal trainer, this app is perfect for creating and storing client's workouts. I'd rate it 5 stars if you added the option for users to create/name exercises which are not in your exercise database. For instance, having "standing" or "seated" in the description of the exercise, and being able to create equipment options such as "resistance band curls" or "e-z bar curls" is more specific, and would allow users to review previous workouts without having to refer to the "notes" section". PLEASE add this option for users to be able to create additional exercises...it will improve an already great app, and I will definitely rate as 5 stars.
It's very good. I can figure out how to create a template from or duplicate a finished workout. It would also be good to be able to just copy a set and add it.
Love this app. Even though its missing certain exercises.. As a strongman competitor it helps instead of caring a notepad and looking for pens and pencils.. Lol
This is a really good app. It lets me log all sorts of different exercises and doesn't try to force me into a certain pigeonhole. I do Wendler's 5/3/1 for Powerlifting and it is extremely easy to just cut and paste. I do wish I could upload my training logs to social networks somehow and it would be great to be able to embed a photo (or better yet, a video) of that particular session. The developers are very responsive and listen to suggestions, as they have made many improvements I've suggested.
