Love the usage reports and ability to track my water. Caught a big leak the other day and am very happy with the product!

I definitely recommend using something like this to monitor your water usage especially when you're not home. We have a finished basement so a major leak could be catastrophic. This app works pretty well so far - still working on setting the alerts up to get them where I like them. Great idea and we are happy to date. Looking forward to installing a shut off valve that can be controlled away from home in the future.

I have tried other types of devices for water monitoring. What I like about Streamlabs is the real time flow feature. It's accurate and immediate. I can see just how much water we've used and can see the difference when the house is occupied with two people vs six people. I put a hose in my pool and forgot about it. That is until Streamlabs REMINDED me. Great product. And I installed it myself.

After many attempts in my basement I eventually give up. The app stuck at “calibration” and won’t pass that step. $200 wasted.

Very intuitive and easy to install device. Can only connect two devices per account. Getting tired of signing in and out of multiple accounts. PLEASE help.

Was very happy with their service and used it regularly for a home dashboard. After months of use, they’ve decided that they’re closing off api access unless you pay $5.99/mo or $60/year. Despite a small grace period, this is clawing back previously open access. I’m incredibly disappointed and seriously considering alternatives.

Needs update for iPhone 11. Will not work The unit would not connect to the iphone. I had to connect it to an older iPad to finish the installation process. After I did that the app works fine.

My entire nest system was easier than this waste of time device. I can’t get past- ”Failure with Firmware Status” For $200. How about just sending me a device that already has updated software on it!
