Wanted to Love this but......

Kept freezing. If that didn't happen, I would have given it 5 stars and probably would have purchased the full version.
Needs an Update

I love this game! I've had it downloaded for years and always try to beat mine and other people's records every time I play. Recently, I updated my device with iOS 8 and the game always freezes after I collect the doll arm from the tree. Can this problem please be fixed with a glitch update? I really want to get back to playing. Thanks!

While I loved the story line and the puzzles, I had problems when I had bought the bonus chapter and strategy guide. Despite the assistance of a Big Fish employ I could not access the bonus chapter or strategy guide the first time and when I had to re-purchase the items, it still not give me what I payed for-twice.
Crashing and losing place

I like the game but it keeps crashing. When it doesn't crash (when I get the puppet arm off the tree) and I have to leave the game when I return it starts me over. I have deleted and rebooted. I am playing the free version as I always do until I see if I like the game. I'm not buying it since it performs like this. Very disappointed.

And,NO amount of my rebooting has saved my progress! I'm on an iPad 4-gen,& I'm still on the preview,with no end in sight! EVERY TIME I get the arm from the tree,it FREEZES-RIGHT-THERE,& that's all she wrote. NO WAY...am I gonna PAY to "STAY IN THE LOOP"!!! PLEASE... LISTEN to your consumers,& WORK THE PROBLEM!!! Postscript: I haven't wanted to delete it & reup,'cause I didn't want it to disappear on me like the other poster on here. So,please...fix it. Oh! Otherwise,it's an amazing game! ;)

I really did like this game, the problem was that it kind of froze everytime I got the doll arm. :( can someone tell me why? Is it some sort of glitch or did it occur in my game only?
Glitchy. Doesn't retain progress. Wish I could get my money back

Glitchy. Doesn't retain progress. Wish I could get my money back Game stops responding at the police station and when I exit, it starts me back at the menu screen. Doesn't even retain player name.

Reached same point on game twice, it freezes and then when I restart iPad it made me start all over.

Im sooooo not paying for the full version.every time (24 times i have tried) i finish unclipping the hand from the tree it always freezes on me and i dont get to finish. Not fair, big disapointment
