Disappointing

Chocholips

Instructions are unclear, exits are unclear, locks up a lot... Just tons of problems that take away from the enjoyment of the game.

Buggy and Ok

Sleepless in CA

Enjoyed the free version enough and bought the full one but I find myself frustrated because half the time the app is buggy and you can't get it to do what is needed. Some scenes have one too many object searches making it boring.

Not to the Usual Standards

I am sorely disappointed by this game. It certainly isn't up to Big Fish's normal standards. The graphics are weak. Especially after playing Fairing Point. No voice audio, no independent play(you HAVE to follow an exact order of play as it doles out directions. So no imagination required), and poor click recognition(I tried repeatedly to click a tarot card and various other items and kept being penalized until tons of clicks later it finally registered.) Charging for this game is shameful Big Fish.

Behaves VERY Erratically, Waste of Money

In the past couple months, I've bought nearly 30 Big Fish games to use on my new iPhone 4s. The games are all being played, obviously, on Apple's latest & greatest, so consider this for compatibility issues. In all cases, I've downloaded the free intro to test drive, play the first couple levels then decide if I'm going to buy the full version. (NOTE: I appreciate Big Fish's policy of doing free intros & enabling In-App Purchases, all without annoying ads [save for their own, which don't interfere with gameplay] — the ads in games by other developers are so intrusive, I never get a real feeling for the game & inevitably end up trashing the game, never looking back or wondering what might have been.) I've completed over a dozen games and have the rest in various levels of completion. So far, most of the games have been great — but there have been some mediocrities & some outright disappointments that even if the FULL games were FREE, they would still be OVERPRICED. Here's my lowdown on this game — YMMV: Straight from the "It's NOT a Bug, It's a 'Feature'" Files: For some strange reason, the screen image starts to shake violently — but only on the playing field, not in the section for hidden object lists, hints or the inventory. The shaking would only make sense, for instance, if some kind of powerful object was found, if a train was going by or during air turbulence during the game — but it just happens and interferes with the search & interferes with selecting objects. This shaking also BADLY interacts with the iPhone's accelerometer, shaking & locking the screen in a diagonal orientation. Quitting the App & relaunching wasn't good enough to reclaim control. I've been forced repeatedly to completely power down the iPhone & reboot in order to get back into game play — I must have done this AT LEAST 30 times as I tried to solve this debacle. Not a big confidence builder! That said, this game is quite disappointing, not just for the shaking, but also because this game lacks that delightful immersive quality of feeling like you're in an other-world experience (something I've experienced in so many other Big Fish Games) — instead, I couldn't WAIT for this buggy misadventure to end so I could get back to playing the more pleasurable & diverting games in my Big Fish collection! The is game wasn't the absolute worst I've encountered from Big Fish — but it is down at the bottom of the list. Perhaps, a robust update/upgrade will change my mind — but I won't hold my breath.

Game freezes

Fun game but it freezes in every scene.

So short.

Bethalias

It was a good game, kept attention for sure. Would have gotten five stars if it wasn't so short

Some Tics

The game itself could be improved by a more sensitive touch interface. Game froze a couple of times.
