I purchased unlimited plan with unlimited international calls. I was on the phone with costumer service almost all day. Problem was not fixed. Everything else is excellent except the international calls that are very important to me. If this issue isn’t fixed the next day I will switch carrier immediately.

The app constantly crashes! My contacts were multiply by 1000s ? straight talk do better or you’re going to have to be facing another group class lawsuit !

Ever since they did the update it doesn’t work will not bring over contacts that were already there and forget about it when your calling wow worst customer service ever .... they may want to check the internet as there third party tech and customer support worst ... and that is saying a lot with how bad most customer support is these days Time to add as there technical support Obviously aren’t listening as this is the new version so I’ve deleted it and reinstalled three times even with talking to the horrible customer service online what a joke typical technical support from a bad company who just doesn’t care don’t download this app it’ll give you nothing but headaches

The worst app I ever make phone call, it won’t make any phone call to China, I’ve been trying all day.
Tracfone rip off with super hi- costs.

1/2 the stuff in this app does not work. It is trash. I cancelled the account because this app is a failure.

Got it to call the UK today with a $10 int’l credit. Even though I dialed the number perfectly, the app wanted to call some random US numbers. Finally got through by texting ILD to 611-611 and ST sent me a phone number to dial out before dialing the UK. That at least worked 50% of the time, better than not at all. But the app is worthless. Should have realized there would be problems when it said it was last updated 2 or 3 YEARS ago.
