I was overpaying for my cell phone plan. I get better service through Straight Talk than I did with Verizon. Verizon is still my carrier but I am saving so much money. Very happy I switched.

I was with AT&T for >10 years paying ~$200 for 2 lines. Then, we switched to Straight talk and get same service paying $90 for 2 lines. After Hurricane Laura, many people had interrupted/disturbed services but we didn’t; our straight talk runs on AT&T tower.
Needs update!!!

It would be nice to have a way to check hotspot data usage as well as cellular data usage. Also, can’t read the information on the widget in Control Center as there is no Dark Mode support.

I have an IPhone 6 and it is nice to have a plan that is convenient and don’t get overcharged for. Now that Christmas is literally right around the corner I have found myself low on funds but just because I have been buying plans and ranking up reward points I was able to use my points to keep my phone on. As long as Straight Talk keeps plans in my price range and keeps this rewards points system I will continue to use it. Thank you Straight Talk. Merry Christmas!

The app lets me see the usage details of the multiple lines I have with Straight Talk and allows me to purchase plans and apply them to my account. This is all I really need. One suggestion would be to remove the password length limit. I was able to set a strong password generated by Apple on the website but the app would not let me log in with it. I had to shorten my password, which isn’t as secure, to be able to use this app.
