Updated and app and now it’s glitching all the time! The saved images will have the photos inserted missing. What’s happening? I need it to work for my business promotions. Please fix them asap.

I love everything about it. I just wish that the subscription wasn’t monthly for unlocking certain frames. I don’t mind paying for the premium features at all but it would be easier if the subscription was only once a year. I would easily pay for an annual if it was $19.99 or if it was 15.99 every six months. I get that $2.99 is way more added up in 12 months, and that you guys benefit from this in order to develop the app better which is great, but I think if people had 3 options to choose from, more people would sign up for the subscription. My mentality works differently. I rather pay up the full price once then pay a small price monthly. While for other people, they like paying monthly. It’s just a suggestion. Otherwise I love everything about this beautiful app and look forward to all that is coming in the future for it!

with the most recent update my app has been crashing i go to open the app and it says loading a little then suddenly just closes and isn't able to open please let me know how to fix this ! i wish there was a way to buy a full year subscription instead of having to buy it monthly ! but still isn't a huge deal for me because I use it daily ! well worth the price, however I wish it had a feature to allow me to upload background grafics

This is my favorite story design app but I just updated to the latest version of StoryLuxe on my iPhone 8 Plus running 12.4.1 and I can no longer use the app. It says loading and then exits out.

First, it’s in portrait mode only, making it unsuitable for use on iPads. There are several templates and backdrops included without the monthly subscription. If there are any filters, I can’t find them. Overall, a very boring selection. These types of Instagram “story” apps are everywhere and many are for free. Try Adobe Spark—it’s excellent and many features are free (with watermark).

I love, love this app!!! I also really like the new shadow but I think it should be an option for all instead of just p3!!!

I downloaded the app to use the cute templates and I receive an error message every time I try to upload photos from my phone. I’ve closed the app & tried again. I’ve reset my phone ..... you name it. A waste of time.
