Why is it that whenever I try clicking on someone’s profile it just sends me back to the search page! It’s highly frustrating please fix it!

The app isn’t working properly it only shows highlight stories, not recent stories. Kinda lame I wished this fix this issue fast because that’s the only reason I got it for the stories... not the story highlights. :(

I tried to view three different profiles said they were all private. All three people had public profiles. This did not work I wasted 7.99

Update #2- App seems to stop working daily around 3pm eastern. It sometimes will work again around 8pm...if you’re lucky... as of today 12/14/20, it hasn’t worked all day and still isn’t...they need to work out major bugs... you can’t see any page do it’s on their end for sure. UPDATE: The app loves to stop working randomly. Almost every 30 days for a week like clockwork. Don’t believe the FAQs that claim it’s just overloaded..blah blah blah...they let it work when they want to. App is cool until you realize it only works for 30 days for the 8.99 you pay. After that all you get are timeouts when doing searches. I will be requesting a refund for Apple for deceptive sales.
