I purchased the 2.99 version and I’m still receiving the captions on the repost link. Still no reply to my email! I will disputed the 2.99 why give me an option within the app to purchase and it doesn’t work???
Can't repost videos

I'm trying to repost a video but it's not working. It only gives me a screenshot of the first second of the video. I've updated both this app and Instagram to its latest version. Anyone know how to help?

I love this App but how do you repost videos that has two or more video? When I repost it comes as a still picture.
