So when almost all of the in game purchases cost $100 USD then you can see the rater below was calling the developer out correctly. This game use to be fun but unless you are an oil Barron then I don’t see how one could afford to play. To respond that you don’t need money is incorrect. You need to buy sketches to progress past a certain point and those cost cash money to make any reasonable/ marginal progress in the game.

This was a great game but over time the platform has become increasingly unstable. Continual updates have resulted in performance issues during peak times as well as off peak times. Frequent rollback-replay as well as crashes are making it difficult to remain loyal. The theme and strategy are awesome but without proper QA and volume testing prior to releases gameplay has become more annoying that fun. It makes me sad because I have time and money invested in this game. I really hope the dev team can release a patch to address these issues soon if not a major version that does not have these problems. If that happens you can bet that I will give this game the 4+ stars that it truly deserves.

This is the most expensive game I have ever seen or played. You keep hearing you can play for free but it’s simply not true. In order to win prizes you need to be on the top teams, which rarely take non spenders. In fact, the odds of the in game winnings are not accurate at all, in favor of the house most of the time. If you don’t spend and upgrade you can not increase levels that quickly. There are beacons in the game that were great for a long time, then they were over produced and tournaments allowed the destruction of them and they have never come back. But you can spends 1000s to temporarily recover them. I still can’t express the cost. They have these things called champions (level 5) and you MUST buy them if you want them. It’s costs $100 to attempt to get one and the odds are extremely low In order to get them all it costs between $5000 to $10000, unless they give you lots of doubles which they do. The company has destroyed the game, and the cost is unbearable, I’ll never complain about buying apple products again. If you are not willing to pay 50 to 100$ a week go find something else to play. I just passed my 5 year anniversary in the game and they gave me about 5$ in troops, that’s their generosity. I do play it and do like it but the fun is wearing out, every month there are more and more items to buy and nothing is reasonable it’s crazy expensive.

I used to love this game. It was easy to understand. Today there was a new update. A Hunt, which allowed the player to send champions out automatically. Great idea. NOT REALLY. It allows the game to use up your gems and automatic refills unless you click a box. So each time, the game sends your champs out it actually uses up both the gems and your automatic refills. Why would you need the box? Only to scam players like me or others. I now hate this game. Each update makes it harder to progress and to keep advancing. Losing is not fun when you are gaming. Only winning counts. And this game sets you up for failure.

Plarium make a decent game with good graphics, which is why I gave them 2 stars. BUT - the only new development they do is to add more “pay for” features. Bugs and requested enhancements are totally ignored. Customer Support is virtually non-existent unless you are a big spender. The big spenders are given extra perks to make them unbeatable, causing the games to be dominated by those that want to spend a lot of money on a game. It’s not fun anymore. By the, it should be noted that none of he graphics shown here are part of the game - they are for marketing only.
