I love this app! The radar is so clear and it moves just at the right speed so I can track the storms timing. Very Happy!!

I have had this app for years, originally paid for it. Now all of a sudden I have to pay more, monthly to get certain features to work? No thank you. I feel as if I have been scammed. I deleted the app from my phone. Perhaps Storm Shield should be featured on "Don't Waste Your Money"?

This is one of several weather apps that I run. I’m in public safety and bots and apps monitoring various sources are how I stay up to the minute. I use StormShield for the weather alerts and quick glance doppler. Its hit or miss. I either get the weather alert (sometimes 2-4 of the same alert) or nothing at all. Its a little wacky because the NWS wire will have active warnings in place and the app is happy as a clam. For a free app with paid upgrade options its not bad. I just wish the alert portion of the app was more robust.

Storm Shield USED to be a fantastic app but they recently deleted the radar and future radar forecast from the app. I bought this app a couple years ago and paid around 7 dollars for it. They then changed it to a free app a year later with all the same features. They recently changed it so now you have to pay 99 cents a month for for radar and future radar forecast. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS APP. There are better apps with more features that are free.

I've had this app for more than 2 years now. This is my third update to my review... Radar presentation is very good but somewhere along the line with an update, sometimes there’s no radar information. You have to close the app (double-click home button, close app) and restart it. It’s been like this now for about 4 months or so. Hope they can fix this.

This is a great app, but recently they’ve decided to charge extra for certain alerts & conditions, such as lightning. Go figure....

My personal meteorologist Mr. Joe Degregorio recommended this app, and based on what i am receiving on the alerts, he is once again correct to warn about potential severe weather. This app is amazing!
