Lagging problems

I don't know if it is only me but I am suffering from serious lagging problems, especially during boss fights, which is frustrating.
Crashes

Crashes when I try to open the first chest and resets progress every time. Can't play. OS up to date but my iPad is old
Crash on Legendary Card pickup

I have played this game for about two months. Have had 2 legendary skill cards propagate in game but was unable to get them due to a OS game crash wiping out all previous progress. Only on second prestige but have not seen those drops since. 4 out of 5

I love the beginning scene. The cards that use find throughout the game, but I dislike how I can't choice my own cards to use for each floor.

Very fun, cant put it down. Lots of variety, and is still challenging. Cant wait to get to the end game content!
