I can open the app, I can touch a template but after that it freezes every single time. I’m on day 3 of having it downloaded and still having issues.

Among all the IG story apps, this one provides the most elegant free templates. But there are so many bugs. Now it doesn't work at all. The main page shows ” response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zeno length.” refresh won't help at all. What a pity.

Every time I try to open up this app, I get an error message saying: “Response data could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero strength”! I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading again a few times and it doesn't work!

It would be great if it could support videos. So so great, would be my #1 app for templates.

This app has so much potential but utterly fails in functionality. It takes WAY too long to do anything on the app because it’s difficult to change colors and add elements. Also what’s the point of me being able to add my own color codes if there’s no way for me to save them? Then I have to manually add it each time and there isn’t even a copy and paste. After wasting 30 minutes trying to change the color of a border on this app I’m sad to say I’m over it. Hope it improves soon.

Limited Customization Options

I love the concept of the app. The layouts are eye catching and appealing. BUT if your branding or color scheme does not include pinks and browns then you are out of luck. You can change the color of SOME of the background elements but not all of them. It’s really annoying.

Slow!

Once you choose a template, it no longer takes commands. Would’ve been nice but doesn’t work.
