When I clipped the videos the images in the video disappeared and the screen was black but played sound

Worked so good for awhile. Now it just loads and loads and never splits my videos. :( Switching to CutStory

I was willing to deal with the watermark as it’s not worth the $10 to me. However, I was highly disappointed when I went to start posting to my stories and the clips no longer had sound. ☹️
