I tried to quit smoking so many times I lost count. Every time I quit for two weeks something would cause me to smoke again. Using the same techniques taught in the this app, after a few weeks I completely lost the craving for nicotine and cigarettes. I now, know I'll never smoke again and have changed a lifelong habit for good! I couldn't be happier and I'm proud of myself. I highly recommend this app to anyone who really wants to quit smoking but doesn't have the will power to remain smoke free.

I love this app! I have cut back and am on my way to being a non smoker! The only thing I would suggest to make this better is to allow one to fall asleep after the session. I have trouble sleeping sometimes and listen when I go to bed; sometimes it wakes me, sometimes it doesn't. Maybe turn the music back on when the session ends. Otherwise I'm close...so close to quitting!!

It helped me stop smoking for 4 months. I relapsed and needed the program again. I had a problem with reinstalling my purchase. Support was quick to answer. The problem was restrictions on my phone. I’m good to start over now, yes!
