I have anxiety attacks and I start shaking. When I have that feeling I look to my trusty app and listen to the meditation. When I can’t fall asleep I just do it. I can also do it whenever I want.

Fix the notifications!

For the most part this app is great, but the notifications are wacky. I set an 8am reminder notification that constantly goes off at 6am or earlier and wakes me up. I've messed with the settings a bunch, but it kept happening so unfortunately I had to delete.

I told myself I didn’t have the time. In fact the 5-10 minutes a day to meditate with BREATHE allows me to live each moment of that day to its fullest! I am worth it to begin my day caring for myself. It is extremely supportive to be guided by a gentle voice. I told myself all the excuses but I did it anyway and I am better for it!

Each time I try a new session, I’m surprised by how effective, Cumming, and well done it is. I have my go to’s, and I’m also deeply grateful for the variety they provide, not to mention the selection of kid focused meditation opportunities that they offer. I do wish they had more of a search function to explore the range of meditations. This is a fantastic app- keep up the good work!
