Language problem

One of the updates I downloaded changed the game language to German (I think) and there doesn't seem to be any way to change it back so I haven't been able to play for months. I did like this game, but now I can't play it any more. :(

Love the game but when you say you “relaxed” beginner level 46 please try again! I have been trying for 3 days!!! I can’t figure this puzzle out. Please explain the bonus time.
