Good App but...

The mobile app has a pop up add (the one that has a world globe) constantly interrupting user experience. But the biggest issue is they let the paid Wall Street hacks bully retail investors. There are tickers where you get harassed and even threatened for even appearing bullish. But it seems okay to ST as long as Wall Street pays them.

Lots of good ideas, solid community, some trolls but the nice thing is money talks and stocks ultimately decide who wins and who loses. But this app has provided more value to me than any other and great people for the most part as well.
Worthless comments, but good portfolio snapshot

As with so many social media apps, the comments tend to be uninformative or rude. But if you add the stocks you wish to track, the app will give you a nice snapshot.
Wide variety

Lots of great info charts and analysis from trusted sources or people with Bloomberg portals. Also a heavy presence of bots, pumpers, trolls etc. Take everything you see in this app with a grain of salt.
Im always on stocktwits

I’m always on stocktwits, however it’s becoming unnecessary as you can see posts on twitter using the “$”. Twitter gives you 140 extra characters which is extremely helpful. Please change to this stocktwits.

Used to like the app. Still do. Need to do away with the automatic video ads. I listen to music on my phone and every time I pull open the app it stops Apple Music to play the video. I constantly have to switch back in forth.
Newsfeed is old news

Used to like this app but now on particular stocks the newswire shows repetitive stories over & over again that are sometimes months old. In the financial realm up to date news is one of the most important things. They claim a bug but the inability to fix it in a timely matter ( months) and that it is only certain stocks has me questioning the motives. Not a coder but can’t they just copy the code from the ones that work? Old news is useless.
