Love the app only issue I’ve seen is since this latest update I haven’t been able to login through the app. Anyone else having this issue?
I was setting up my account and in the middle it kicked me out and it automatically did the rest and i couldn’t go back and change things
You guys take to long to do things if I put in money your app gets it fast now if I withdraw my money you make me wait 3-5 days where robinhood doesn’t you also have trading fees and when I buy stock even when the market is open I have to wait until days end that’s just not fare if I buy stock I want it then and there especially if rite then and there my money gets taken plz speed it up
If I put in $50, then later $100, and $100 again. I gain $37. it says I have a return of $237. When Really that’s deceiving because I put in $200 of that, so that’s not really a return I don’t think. Throws the percent all off as well. Then you click on the stock to see your overall return and it says 0%… on all of them. It’s after stock closed now. But that shouldn’t really matter. Let’s work on some bug fixes please. I have already sent an email about this months ago. They did all these updates but this remains the same.
Been using this app for over 2yrs. In the last 4 months the app will not let you return to the main app screen when looking at an individual stocks profit and loss. It stays in that individual stock until you recycle the phones power. But it’s not long lived. The apps buying and selling will cost you monies, not real time enough. I’m out. Sorry STOCKPILE, I was hoping for a fix.
Two weeks ago, I could login like usual from my phone. But yesterday I tried logging in and every time I type my password an alert would come up saying “sorry something went wrong. Please try again later.” When I hit forgot password, I type my email and get an alert saying “your email address appears to be incorrect. Please try again.” I can login from my laptop just fine using the email/password I use on my phone but I cannot login through my phone for some reason.
We would like to take the chance to update your team that handset UI and UX are being constantly under some kind of attack. We are unsure why this type of feedback if we are to exercise, train and develop with the technology that is being in some case an issue instead of a greater good!
The app was initially a positive experience for me. It was simple and easy to use. Then, about a month ago, it started locking me out, saying my password was wrong. I tried to use the “forgot password” option, but it said it didn’t recognize my email. I contacted tech support, got the typical form-letter email, and used the password reset link. I got into my account temporarily. Same issue occurred again within days. Contacted tech support. Same advice, but this time they reset my password. I logged in with their password choice no problem, but when I changed the password to my choice, the issue began again. I emailed tech support again. Same advice, but now the password reset link doesn’t work in Safari; the site gets stuck on loading. I have just now emailed tech support AGAIN. If I ever get access to my account again, I’m selling and never using them again. Bottom line: zero useful support.
