Sticklings

Sticklings is a unique puzzle game with the mission to get a herd of Stickmans into their goals by using various abilities. Like a Lemming, a Stickman just walks and walks and it is your objective to correctly assign the correct task to a Stickman to lead all other Stickmans the correct path. Abilities include blocking, self destruct, jump, bomb throwing, rush and bridge building. Levels are limited by time with the option to earn gold, silver and bronze medals. And if you fail, there is always the option to Nuke em!

i should not expect much improvement from the ms dos version

and it still was not going to stop the ads until I paid another .99 If it were THAT good I may have paid it and grumbled. But it isn’t worth it. At all at all. Save your money and get another Lemmings game. I’m full price 1.99 into this one and STILL haven’t got rid of the ads. Good luck sellers. People, most people, just aren’t that stupid.

They do not tell you that you do not remove ads forever for your money! Apple should at least make them explain limitations like that

Unfortunately, this game feels unfinished and gets boring very quickly. Lemmings was fun due to the puzzle challenge but this is definitely lacking. Seems like the plan was to: churn out the game, give basic game mechanics and then push as many ads through it as possible. ? Sad cuz the idea has potential... just not in this app.

Lemmings = Yeay! This version = graphics are ok and play is ok. I can’t speak for everyone but FULL SCREEN, UN-SKIP-ABLE VIDEO ADS ARE THE MOST OBNOXIOUS AND OFF-PUTTING AD GARBAGE IN AN APP!!! Developers!! the **fastest** way to get me to IMMEDIATELY __delete__ your app and never download again is to interrupt me with a full screen video ad. That’s it. Done. App DELETED. I sure hope the ad revenue you get from that half-second roll before I delete the app is worth it compared to the ad revenue you might possibly have earned over time for a well placed, minimal banner ad at the edge of my screen.

Almost a great game, but then…

For the first few levels, I thought this was a great game, totally worth the $.99 in app purchase to get rid of ads. But then, the developer made several typical mistakes that made me drastically lower my rating and eventually delete the game. First after maybe 20 minutes of easy levels suddenly becomes impossible. It could get much too hard, and playing the same level, over and over and over and over and over and over and over again it’s tedious, not fun. And then it gets even worse, as even if you played over and over that many times they’re just not solvable. Soon I discovered why this was… I tried tapping on the next level, since there was a level that I clearly was never going to get past even if I replayed it over and over and over and over and over and over and over again 1 million times, and I was told I had to watch three videos to get to play the next level. Well, having paid money for the game, I object to having to watch videos, especially several of them in a row, but in this case I said OK. Well, here the developer got greedy, because I watched a video after video after video, way more than 3, and it wouldn’t ever let me play that next level. After watching seven videos I gave up and deleted the app. Giving 2 stars instead of one because I did have about 15 minutes of fun playing it. Too bad the developer blew it... this could’ve been really great, five star game.
