Why it’s free on App Store then we downloaded it I can’t use it with out pay

I continuously saw adds for this app and I thought it would be a fun thing to try out and use to show my friends but it’s actually the worst game I have EVER found. On the adds it made it look so easy to cut out your stickers but for real you can’t do a single thing without making it look squiggly and sloppy on the edges. Even though I realized this and thought it was a terrible game I gave it a second chance and tried the Cartoon button only to realize that you can’t cartoon your picture without glitching the game and it logging you out. Always check reviews before downloading an app and definitely before buying any apps with money. Please listen to my review and take my advice on NOT DOWNLOADING THIS GAME

So I got this thinking it’s going to be fun. But no right when you get in it said pay or continue for free. So I hit continue for free and it was getting me ready to start paying. So now I would rather make stickers by hand than have that app. But it’s right when you get like what. Again I would rather make my own stickers by hand.??? IM LIVID !!!!!!!!
