Binary Stars update

I had been aware of this game from Wanderbot’s YouTube/Twitch channel and got it when it first came out on iOS with version 1. Since then, I’ve been a fan of the game. So far, I have access to the 4 ships and they really do add major gameplay changes. New power ups, new weapons and improvements on the old weapons too. Right now I have only one complaint is with the Specialist ship in later stages because I have observed performance drop with lots of bullets on the screen. It is especially bad if the device goes into night time mode and dropping bots and swapping them sometimes doesn’t take with the touch controls. Movement also is buggy only for the Specialist with two booster drones and max bots. But this is just one of the ships and doesn’t detract from the rest of the game.

Wonderfully responsive and polished gameplay, addictive yet satisfying roguelike game mechanics, pretty graphics, and all wrapped up in a “pay once” package. I nasty micro transactions, grinding or ‘coins’ to be seen. I play this game a lot out of pure enjoyment and desire to get better at it, not pressure to collect coins! PS thanks for making the upgrade to V2 free!

I leave about 1 app review a year and this game is it. So dang hard and so amazing. I’d love to see this grow into something epic.

Needs a few major improvements

I am a big fan of this game, the only things that I could complain about are the stubborn drag to move controlls and the fact that this game is not scale to fit the iPhone X. If you fix these two things the game will be perfect.

This game is so well done and put together. From the smooth and action-packed animation to the way the weapons work together. What a great game.

Control issues

As one would expect with any SHMUP type game with touch controls this one is held back from greatness by the control scheme. The placement of the pause button is troublesome as well, especially when playing as the Fury ship, it takes 3-4 presses to finally register and by then I’ve already either taken damage that I shouldn’t have or I’ve teleported across the screen into a hail of bullets. It is a really fun game despite that.

I love the game I had doubts about it because it didn’t seem my type. But after playing it it quickly changed my mind. Do please make the screen fit for IPhone X’s and above please!!

Shmup on touch controls done right; Only issue is that game starts in high sensitivity. Just the right amount of progression whether you’re just playing a round to unwind or want to go hard into the loops. The massive and final expansion should be here at some point. Can’t wait. Edit: IT’S HERE GO TELL GRANDPA

Needs some work

Awesome games but it tends to heat up my phone regardless if my phone is on Airplane Mode, WiFi is off and the screen brightness is low. Please fix ASAP.

Everything about the game is fun, accept black bars on the sides of the screen for the iPhone XS Max. Can you possibly fix that?
