I have always wondered how many miles I have walked at work. As a nurse, we move around a lot. I was surprised that I was actually doing 13-16,000 steps or 6-8 miles per day. Then you want to keep it going on the days off. ???
I absolutely love this app! It has motivated me so much to move. I’m 72 years old and I feel great.
I enjoy encouraging my friends to take as many steps as possible and keeping track using the app. It helps us all attempt to walk as many steps as possible.
Have used StepUp for 3 years. It has been great until now. It is not working right now. 8/17/19 Does not get the correct number of steps from my Apple Watch
I, as a baby boomer, have mixed feelings about technology. I never thought competing against a bot would inspire me to go beyond 10,000 steps per day, but it has done that and encouraged me to do push ups and pull ups again, thanks!
